E-mail is the fastest and most effecient way to communicate with us.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks, money orders, or CODs. We can take Paypal payments upon request.
If you have a coupon code or e-mail gift certificate, please enter it in the appropriate box upon checkout. Please note that only one coupon code can be applied to each order.
We are required by law to charge a 6.5% sales tax on certain items purchased and shipped within the state of Minnesota.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional credits are applied. 6.5% sales tax will be charged on certain items shipped within the state of Minnesota.
- We ship via USPS and UPS within the continental United States. Orders to be delivered to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses will be sent by U.S. Mail.
- We cannot send orders C.O.D.
- Certain oversize items require an additional shipping charge, as noted in the item description.
- Bambino Land reserves the right to change shipping charges without prior notification.
- “Free Shipping” offer applies to orders in USA only.
For orders outside the U.S. (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands), please contact us to request a shipping quote.
- Any customs fees and/or import duties incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Bambino Land has no control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be.
We ship orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. Deliveries normally take 2-10 business days once shipped. Expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) is also available on most items if you contact us by 12:00 pm CST on the day you place your order. Please contact us for rates.
Winona, MN area customers can pick up their order at our offices at East 2nd Street. Please Note: You must be LOCAL in order to avoid shipping charges. When checking out please select “Customer Pick-Up,” then fill in all the information on the check out page, including the “Deliver To” info.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly issue a refund, minus a 10% re-stocking fee.
- All items must be returned to us within 21 days from receipt of purchase.
- All returns must be in unused/unwashed condition with the original tags still attached.
- Regular-priced items can be exchanged for a different size (if available) or returned for credit to the original form of payment.
- Sale items can be exchanged for a different size (if available) or a store credit will be issued to apply toward a future purchase.
- Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- The buyer must pay the postage to return any merchandise.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping and handling fees subtracted from your purchase credit.
How to make a return or exchange
- Prior to sending merchandise in for a refund or exchange, you must obtain a return authorization number. Please e-mail Bambino Land customer service at [email protected] or call us at (507) 313-2452 to obtain an authorization code before returning your items. Items without an authorization code will not be refunded.
- We will provide you with the RAC and return shipping address.
- We strongly recommended that you insure the package and ship it back to us via UPS, FedEx, or similar traceable carrier. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.
- We will send you an email upon receipt of your package.
- Please note that returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3-5 days of the date we receive them, and you will receive an email notification informing you of the status of your return or exchange.
